When your fixed interest rate term is coming up for renewal , your lender will usually offer to refix your interest rates for a further period.  When this happens, contact us and we can manage this process for you.  Your lender may not know what your current circumstances are and we may be able to negotiate a better rate for you.  If your existing lender will not offer competitive rates, we will go to the market to source the best options for you.
